Shunee Mackey Jordan
Shunee brings more than 16 years of experience in healthcare and patient-centered service, including work in clinical, emergency, and home healthcare settings. Her background gives her an understanding of the demands healthcare professionals face while caring for patients and managing administrative responsibilities.
As a former Reimbursement Advocate III and Team Lead at Inogen, Shunee worked with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance payers to help resolve claim rejections and denials, coordinate documentation and authorizations, and support accurate claims processing. She also brings experience in patient relations and holds a Master of Science in Health Services Administration.
At Pro Health Claims, Shunee is committed to helping practices navigate billing challenges with clear communication, attention to detail, and dependable support.
CO-FOUNDER · INSURANCE & CLAIMS SUPPORT
Linard Jordan
Linard brings experience in healthcare reimbursement and more than eight years of customer service experience. His work as a Reimbursement Advocate at Inogen has included communicating with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance payers to support timely claim submission, processing, and payment.
His experience includes researching payer rejections and denials, coordinating required medical documentation and authorizations, maintaining billing records, and helping resolve questions that can delay reimbursement. He understands the value of consistent follow-up and professional communication throughout the claims process.
At Pro Health Claims, Linard focuses on responsive service, careful follow-through, and helping healthcare practices stay informed about their billing needs.
